From Civil Engineering to Building AI Systems

I started my career as a civil engineer — obsessed with how systems, structures, and processes shape the physical world. That systems-thinking mentality never left me.

Over time, I recognized that the same principles governing physical infrastructure apply to businesses. A well-designed system — whether it's a bridge, an automation workflow, or a marketing funnel — creates predictable, scalable outcomes.

That insight led me to entrepreneurship. I launched CerEva AI, an AI automation company focused on helping businesses implement intelligent systems that eliminate bottlenecks and scale without proportionally scaling costs or headcount.

Alongside that, I've built deep expertise in real estate — managing Australian property portfolios and working as a broker in Sri Lanka. Real estate, like AI, is fundamentally about finding asymmetric opportunities in undervalued systems.
